Is the human brain a computer, an analogue synthesizer, a net-work of analog tape or a rhizome of echoes? Yes, we would also like to know... Realizing just as well that one can never be certain. But Robert Lindauer’s music makes thinking about it so much more immersive. His five track EP uses all these things that could form a brain as well, showing how natural phenomena repeat across a wide range of media. Or is it ourselves who project us into everything?

The Köln-based synth & sound master Robert Lindauer is tinkering on musical noise since the early 90ies. These more than 25 years of sonic experience are clearly audible in his refreshingly complex productions: weaving worlds into melodies. Besides creating solo work he is also an active founding member of the electronic kraut project PlageBeachStrand and the wave-rock band Voleurs.
